One of the best things about being a journalist is the variety – you’re never really sure who you’re going to meet or what you’ll end up talking about.

However this month has been particularly interesting, as I’ve been splitting my time between Farming Today and Crimewatch Roadshow. As a result I’ve either been filming reconstructions of crimes, speaking to police and victims or I’ve been wandering around fields in the sunshine and chatting to environmental experts. There has been some overlap though, I am working on a case about sheep rustling!

In between I’ve been trying to catch up with friends and family and I’ve been out cycling as well. It’s been a busy month so far and who knows what else it will hold!
