After the excitement of Wales winning the Six Nations Championship on Saturday, yesterday I came back down to earth with a bump, by spending the day organising my office!
Tedious though it sounds, I actually had a lot of fun sorting through photographs of my time at ITV Wales to put in frames to go on the walls. So instead of a usual post, today I’m bringing you my first photo blog so I can share my pictures with you – I hope you enjoy them!

This was one of my earliest but most memorable reports – I was cut out of a car live on air by a team of firefighters who had just won The Extrication Championships

I met Chris Evans at the All Stars charity Golf Tournament at the Celtic Manor. He was as funny in real life as he is on the radio!

Reporting live from Cwmcarn on a very sad story about a baby’s body being found in a carrier bag behind a shop

Door stepping the then Health Minister, Brian Gibbons, about why patients in Wales couldn’t get the cancer drug Herceptin on the NHS

Looking the part as I sail from Panama to Antigua reporting on what life for the crew of HMS Monmouth

Speaking live on the opening of the LNG plant in Milford Haven as West Wales Correspondent with Nick Partridge and Andrea Byrne (or Benfield as she was then!)

Welcome to Wales! Feeding and filming the giraffes which had just arrived at Folly farm in Pembrokeshire

With Stephen Fry who was in Cardiff to receive an honorary degree. We had just done an interview about bipolar disorder.

One of my final presenter shifts for ITV Wales News, but don’t worry they’ve asked me back to do some freelancing so I’ll be back on the sofa this weekend!
