For the past few months my production company, Memorable Creative Journalism (MCJ), has been working on a fantastic project.
We were commissioned to make a short film about each of the nominees in the Chwarae Teg Womenspire Awards, so our crews have been travelling the length and breadth of Wales interviewing women who are leading the way in their fields.
Some of the stories were emotional and heart warming, while others were exciting and inspiring, and they all reinforced the idea that we can do anything if we put our minds to it. The films were all shown at the Awards Ceremony in the Wales Millennium Centre last week, and I was lucky enough to be backstage interviewing the winners.
But with such amazing talents and achievements across the category nominees, they all seemed like winners to me!
